Starting as soon as possible you will join our teams in either our Brisbane CBD or Sydney St Leonard’s office.
As the Finance and Administration officer, your initial focus will be on administrative tasks but as you grow into the role and we continue to scale your key responsibilities and duties will include (but not limited to):
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on a daily basis
- Coordinating Bank and Account Reconciliations
- Assisting senior team members by preparing:
- Monthly customer invoices and account reconciliations
- General ledger management including supporting month end and year end adjustments
- Customer communications (both verbal and written)
- Continuously updating our CRM system through customer data entry and database management
- Supporting management with financial reporting as required

Who we’re looking for:
- You should be a recent university graduate or have a relevant TAFE qualification
- Be skilled in Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail (it’s accounting after all)
- Have strong time management and organisational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Curious, with a great attitude and hunger for learning
- The desire to succeed and advance with the organisation
- Current working rights in Australia (no exceptions)
Qualifications
