Matthew Galetto is the Founder and CEO of MediRecords. Matthew has a B.Sc. (Hons) degree from James Cook University. He has worked in IT executive roles in the healthcare, banking & hospitality industries both in the UK and Australia for businesses such as Westpac, Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, Rabobank, Accor.
Matthew has over twenty years of experience in health technology, having previously been the Principal Technical Architect of a leading practice management solution.
Matthew also founded AsteRx prior to MediRecords, a clinical data analytics company that reported insights into the use & behaviour of GP practice management systems.
Our Chief Product Officer, Jayne Thompson, leads the MediRecords product team with over 12 years of experience in digital health products across the Pharmacy, Hospital, Virtual Care and Primary Care segments.
With a Bachelor degree in Business and Technology, Jayne is passionate about innovation in technology and how it can improve business efficiencies, clinical safety and patient outcomes within the healthcare sector.
As CFO, Mohan Alagarsamy leads the finance function at MediRecords. Having more than twenty years of experience in banking and private equity with exposure to health care and technology companies, Mohan focuses on the financial management, commercial and compliance risk management, taxation, investor relations, and M&A activities of the business.
Mohan holds a Bachelor of Accounting & Finance (1st Class Honours) and an Executive MBA, specialising in Business and Managerial Economics from the University of Technology Sydney. He is also a member of Chartered Accountants – Australia & New Zealand and Taxation Institute of Australia.
As People and Culture Lead, Nicole brings our team a unique and diverse skill set. Her background in Learning and Development provides her with a fresh and forward-thinking perspective on employee development and growth. Her experience as an HR generalist and her Certificate in Human Resource Management gives her a solid foundation in HR policies and practices.

Shanthy leads MediRecords’ Customer Success, Onboarding, Security & Compliance, Support, and Business Operations teams. With over 20 years of experience across banking, consulting, and digital transformation, she brings deep expertise in driving strategic outcomes within regulated industries.
A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Finance, Shanthy is a seasoned leader known for shaping and executing customer-centric strategies. Her career has spanned both large enterprises and fast-paced startup, where she has built and led high-performing teams across functions including User Experience Design, Customer Success, Change Management, Delivery, and Implementation. Shanthy’s passion lies in delivering seamless customer experiences and driving operational excellence through innovation and collaboration.
Jake brings over 20 years of experience in SaaS sales, customer engagement, strategic partnerships and value-based growth; with a significant portion of his career spent at Healthengine, Australia’s leading consumer healthcare platform. Here, he held senior roles including VP of Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships, working extensively to drive digital bookings, patient engagement, practice growth and operational efficiencies.
Jake’s customer-centric approach, collaborative leadership, and proven track record in navigating complex healthcare workflows make him a valued partner for providers embracing digital transformation.
Outside of work, Jake is also committed to community impact, having founded fundraising initiatives and supported youth mental health programs.

Dr Cooke has held a public position as Director of Orthopaedics at the Princess Alexandra Hospital since January 2004.
He is a Specialist Lower Limb Orthopaedic Surgeon with an interest in Adult Hip and Knee Replacements, Sports Knee Surgery and Lower Limb Trauma.
Dr Cooke gained his Medical Degree from the University of Queensland in 1992 and his Orthopaedic Fellowship in 2001. Dr Cooke subsequently held a number of positions in his area of special interest with training at the Mater Private Hospital Sydney with Dr Bill Walter in Hip and Knee Reconstruction; at the University of British Columbia with the Vancouver General Hospital in Orthopaedic Trauma; and at the University of Sheffield with Dr Ian Stockley concentrating on complex Hip and Knee Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr Cooke is a member of the Medico Legal Society of Queensland and became a Certified Independent Medical Examiner (American Board of Independent Examiners), 2004. He has completed the Comcare Permanent Impairment Guide Training.
