As part of MediRecords Evolve, the AI Patient Summary is the first in a series of AI-driven solutions designed to deliver real-time insights using practice and patient information. We’re offering this feature to MediRecords customers who opt in as part of a free trial, available from the date of activation through to 30 January 2026, while we continue to develop and expand our AI capabilities.

What’s included in the trial?

 AI Patient Summary: An intelligent tool that instantly provides a synopsis of a patient’s last three consultations, enabling clinicians to quickly review key aspects of the patient’s case history

Trial period & transition to paid subscription 

• The AI Patient Summary will be available free of charge to MediRecords customers who opt in, from the date of activation until 30 January 2026.
• After the trial period, the AI Patient Summary will transition to a paid subscription as part of the MediRecords Evolve AI suite, which will include a growing range of AI agents and tools.
• MediRecords will provide participating customers with at least 30 days’ notice prior to the end of the trial, including full pricing and feature inclusions, to support your decision on whether to subscribe to MediRecords Evolve AI.

1. Trial eligibility:

The AI Patient Summary trial is available at no cost to MediRecords customers who opt in. 

2. Trial duration:

The trial runs from the date of activation until 30 January 2026. Early opt-in provides extended access. 

3. Post-trial transition:

After the trial, the AI Patient Summary will be included as a paid feature within the MediRecords Evolve AI product suite. Customers will receive at least 30 days’ notice prior to the end of the trial, with full details on pricing, inclusions, and subscription options. 

4. Feature modifications:

MediRecords reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time, with prior notice to participating customers.
