Premium extends your existing MediRecords platform with new features supporting shared care, such as Case Management, advanced reporting, and tools to customise and enhance clinic workflows.

A MediRecords Premium plan includes access to advanced tools that extend the core MediRecords platform. These features provide greater visibility, flexibility, and collaboration across your organisation.

  • Case Management – shared care coordination for complex or chronic patients
  • Group Appointments – manage multiple-patient sessions efficiently

Yes. Existing MediRecords customers can upgrade their current plan to Premium without disrupting workflows or data.

Your account manager or MediRecords representative can help activate Premium features and provide guidance on setup, training, and configuration for your organisation.

No, Premium features are only available as part of a single subscription package to ensure a consistent, integrated experience.

Currently, Clarity dashboards are developed and maintained by the MediRecords team to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with healthcare reporting standards. However, we’re continuously expanding the Clarity catalogue based on customer feedback and emerging needs. If your organisation requires specific dashboards or metrics, our team can review your request and assess options for inclusion in future releases.

All MediRecords Premium customers receive :

  • Training guides and video tutorials to help users learn at their own pace
  • Ongoing customer support via the MediRecords Service Desk
  • Access to the MediRecords Knowledge Base with product guides and release updates

The 30-day free trial is available to current customers and gives your entire organisation full access to all MediRecords Premium features for 30 days at no cost. Your practice owner or primary account holder will need to activate the trial. After 30 days, your licence will return to its current settings automatically, unless you choose to upgrade.
