Transitioning to a unified patient experience
As we modernise the patient experience, we’re streamlining how patients connect with their care.
To support this, the MediRecords Mobile App and Booking Widget will be retired in late 2026. They’re being replaced by Engage, a single, secure portal for bookings, records, and tasks, accessible on any device.
We’ll be providing dedicated support closer to the roll out to help you and your patients make the switch with confidence.

Engage is in the final stages of beta testing and will be released to market soon.
Engage is an add-on to MediRecords licences. New customers can contact our Sales team at [email protected], while existing customers can reach out to their Customer Success Manager or email [email protected] for pricing details.
In Phase 1, Engage is only available to existing patients invited by their healthcare provider. New patients cannot self-register or book online until they have been added in as a patient within MediRecords.

Yes. Engage is fully web-based and accessible on any device with an internet browser – whether it’s a mobile phone, tablet, or desktop.
