Heidi AI Scribe is an opt-in tool that integrates seamlessly into MediRecords’ clinical dashboard. Using AI-driven ambient listening, it captures your consultation in real time and automatically formats notes or reports for easy review. You can navigate throughout MediRecords during your patient consult, and Heidi will ensure your notes are recorded and once reviewed, captured in the Today’s Notes section for that patient. If you need to switch patients during a scribing session, prior to reviewing and saving, the scribing will cease and the notes will be available to review in your external Heidi Health account. 

Heidi AI Scribe is separate software from MediRecords and has its own pricing structure. While seamlessly integrated with MediRecords, Heidi is not included in MediRecords licenses. Heidi Health requires a ‘Heidi Together’ subscription plan for the MediRecords integration to be available. For detailed pricing information, please refer to Heidi’s terms and plans here.

Practice Owners will be required to turn the Heidi integration on by navigating to Settings > Integrations in MediRecords. Once the integration is turned on, users will find a Heidi button located in the Clinical section of a patient record. Simply click this button to launch Heidi AI Scribe and create your account.

You can log into Heidi using your existing Heidi Health account. The Heidi team can check to make sure you are on the correct plan and guide you through any additional steps. The 30-day free trial does not apply to existing Heidi clients.

You will only need to sign up / log in to Heidi once during the initial setup within MediRecords. After that, you won’t need to log into each system separately or cut and paste across browser tabs, thanks to the fully embedded Heidi capability within MediRecords.

Heidi only collects the data needed to provide you with their services. Clinicians have full control of how long patient sessions are stored. For more details on how Heidi handles, stores and protects your data, check out their Privacy Policy here.
