Yes, MediRecords offers volume discounts based on the number of licences purchased.
Our premium support services are provided at no additional cost. You receive support via phone, email and chat 7am – 7pm Monday – Friday included as part of your paid licence. Enterprise customers can enjoy negotiable extended support.
Nurse practitioners will require a paid licence, however, your nurses can access MediRecords free of charge.
MediRecords offers a range of optional services that you can purchase. These include converting your existing patient database, onsite or remote training, Medicare setup and configuration. For more information you can visit our services page.
The patient app is free of charge and free to download from the Apple Appstore and Google Play Store. The online appointment widget is an optional product that may be purchased separately.
