1.0 Promotion Overview
This promotion offers a 15-month subscription for the price of a 12-month subscription.

2.0 Eligibility
This offer applies to all licences purchased by new Software as a Service customers, including those purchasing Premium services.

3.0 Payment Terms
Subscribers must pay in advance for the full 12-month subscription to qualify for this promotion. Payment is required at the time of subscription.

4.0 No Refund Policy
All payments made for this subscription are non-refundable. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any reason.

5.0 Account Renewal
At the end of the 15-month period, the subscription will automatically renew on a 12-month annual licence basis. The renewal will occur at the standard rate applicable at that time unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

6.0 Promotion Period
This offer ends 31 January 2025 and may be subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of the company without prior notice.

7.0 Additional Services
This discount offer applies to user licences only and does not apply to third party integrated products, API keys or SAML licences.

8.0 General Conditions
